CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
24 HOUR POLICY – We require 24 hour notice for class cancellation. If notice is not received at least 24 hours before class time, the payment for the class will be forfeited. We will make every effort to accommodate you in the event of a personal hardship, accident, or act of god, but in general we cannot make exceptions to this policy. If you have a cancellation or reschedule and you give the required notice, we will happily credit your payment toward the future rescheduled class but we do not refund except under special circumstance.
WEATHER – We will hold lessons in all weather conditions other than heavy wind, or rain and lightning. Due to the variations of Southern Arizona weather, we will notify you of cancellations at the earliest possible time but assume class is running if we do not notify you. You can also sign up for our mailing list for weather alerts, and other helpful tips!
PROMOTIONS
FREE LESSON PROMOTIONS – Free lesson promotions are only good for advance bookings (paid in advance) of 4 (four) weeks or more, and only available to first time clients or referrals.. You may redeem for a free week of lessons equal to amount of lessons in the paid weeks. Offer must be presented at the time of initial payment for services.
FREE GEAR REFERRAL PROMOTIONS – Free Gear is available to anyone participating in Breakpoint Tennis through our referral program. Simply refer three (3) friends or family members who stay as regular students for a term of at least 8 weeks and earn a “Breakpoint Gear Credit” of $100.00 toward any retail priced gear of your choice through our retail catalog. Please make us aware of your referrals and we will give you a dated “gear certificate” which you can redeem after the 8 weeks.

We respect your privacy and are dedicated to providing a quality communication experience.
