This is a powerful and aggressive program that will set you apart from the pack. It consists of three 1-hour on-court drill sessions per week, and two 1-hour personal training sessions with a SWAT personal trainer. |
Option B:

This is a slightly more cost effective version of option a. It also consists of three 1-hour on-court drill sessions per week, and three 1-hour personal training sessions. These sessions will be in a SWAT Boot Camp Group. |
