This professional conditioning program is designed for aspiring professional tennis players, and serious recreational players looking to take it to their next opponent.  We focus on strong stroke development, shot selection, footwork, and endurance, as well as sharpening the body through core strength training in a SWAT Fitness regimen. The renowned swat fitness programs are the most thorough and aggressive overhaul of core strength and stamina conditioning available anywhere…Period. The SWAT Fitness regimen is endorsed by 7-time Olympic medalist Amanda Beard and will set you far apart from any competition you may face while building the confidence, strength and ability you need to triumph over your strongest adversary!

 

Option A:

This is the most personal option in the junior program and often we have players start here and move to option b for more frequency. This consists of two 1-hour on-court drill sessions per week, and one 1-hour personal training session with a SWAT personal trainer.

Option B:  

.

This is arguably a more demanding program than option a. It also consists of two 1-hour on-court drill sessions per week, and three 1-hour personal training sessions. These sessions will be in a SWAT Boot Camp Group.
